There are numerous reference documents added in individual menus. When these reference documents are categorized under one document type, the reference is distinct. Modules have been standardized to referenced documents menu. The list accommodates newly added document types.

If a user generates an inventory transfer/inventory transfer request from a sales/production order, the user’s documents is automatically referred.

Recuring postings is an additional option enhanced which can be referenced to a single document. For every recurring posting,this document is referred for clarity.”The document referenced to” tab corresponds to each recurrent journal entry posting in the document. The transaction type is included in “document referenced by” tab.

The system behavior has been streamlined by adding the attachment tab in more objects. The payment/journal entry forms are currently enhanced with new attachment tabs. The earlier version would not have had tabs. The previous “general” tabs are now renamed as “contents” tabs.
