The SAP Business One is no way different, if we want to create sales order in the excel screen. we have to open the sales menu in the excel screen but with the cockpit we have this thing called a common function widget and it can add all of the functionality from here which we use on a regular basis across into the common functions widget. How is this done? Just open the function which we want to do general ledger reports on regular basis. Click and drag across common functions widget and there we get our general ledger report.

If we want to know about the cash process in SAP, that option is also available on the excel screen. Cash process is part of the sales quotation. Go to common functions menu on the excel screen and then click on the sales quotation who is our customer which we want to look into. Similarly, in the case of multiple warehouses we have got this product in a number of warehouses so what we can do? It’s very simple. We can go into the system if we have the right and we can allocate this product from a different warehouse.
