E-mail campaigns is one of the most effective methods to generate business lead in today’s world. There are lots of software’s which can do e-mail campaigns but never an ERP software has done this. We can have SAP Business One run successful e-mail campaigns. There are mass mailing campaigns and targeted mail campaigns which can be run through SAP Business One. SAP Business One has provisions where we could have a template created in HTML format which would be the content of the e-mail campaigns, this content can be published to all the customers available in SAP Business One database. Through SAP Business One we can publish e-mails to the customer in the database or else we can have an external customer list uploaded to SAP Business One. Taking this functionality to the next level if customers are categorized by industry verticals, locations, geography we can have targeted campaigns specifically run for a particular category of customers.
