SAP Business One allows you to navigate and modify your document using the Control Tab function

Navigating between fields and modifying them while working in an SAP Business One document are performed by various methods. A Sales Order is now created for the customer named Parameter Technology using look up menu. An item Rainbow Laser Printer Series is added to the Sales order.

Now the description of the item is modified, After the modification, exiting or tapping out of the field will not be possible since the description is not available in the item master data. Hence, to move out of this field, press control + tab. If the item is managed by a batch of Serial numbers, select quantity field, then click control + tab to open the Batch/serial number window. By selecting the unit price and clicking the control + tab system pops up the last prices report. Similarly clicking control + tab by choosing the warehouse field, displays all the warehouses where this particular item is available. By selecting the item number and clicking control+tab, if an alternative item has been defined for the particular item then the alternative item selection criteria window appears, enabling to choose an alternative item for this particular sales order. There are a number of fields in SAP Business One that allows you to navigate and modify your document using the Control Tab function.
