Sales and purchasing improvements in SAP Business One 10.0

SAP Business One 10.0 has couple of enhancements with related to Sales and Purchasing. In the Sales Order screen, there is a possibility to hide blank lines in the addresses, and the back-order report enhancements. In the marketing documents, in the ship-to and Bill-to address fields, empty address lines are shown. By setting the new check-box in the address format set-up, hide empty address lines. Empty lines will be hidden in the system and in printed documents to make it easier to read.

When adding an information into the empty hidden line, this line (address component) appears in the document. All AR receipt invoices will be shown in the back order report, that’s the field they are reserved. The field – AR receipt Invoice payment status displays the payment status not paid, partially paid, and fully paid to have a better visibility in the report. Just filter the table easily (filter table) by this field to have for example, the fully paid documents only.
