You can scheduled service calls and maintenance calls billing with in SAP Business One, Open the scheduled service call window under service module, go ahead and drill down on a scheduled call. Set up the required filed just like an appointment in outlook, it’s a recurring appointment like the first day of each month, weekly, daily or annual. Enter Age of recurrence, start and end date. System also has a history of the calls performed in the ‘maintenance schedule’ screen for this customer. Click on process column Check box to complete. Then go to the scheduled billing, on the billing it is the same thing which is a recurring schedule that has been set up in the system. The same frequencies are available in the same set of options, with a history in the ‘maintenance billing’ screen which has been included in the system and got out to the customer. The user can come back and simply select the box that he wants to process, any or all of them and then essentially AR invoice is generated. Recall the last AR invoice and notice that it is based on maintenance contract 22 which is the scheduled maintenance. This allows the use to capture the revenue on a timely manner and eliminates revenue leakage.
